What 's blind box?

Blind box is a product where you won’t know which edition is inside until you open it. When you purchase a whole set, any regular edition may be replaced by a secret edition if it appears.

Can I choose a specific design?

No, blind boxes are random, and you cannot choose a specific design. Each series has different probabilities for each design. Please check the product page for details.

Can I definitely get the secret edition?

No, the secret edition is completely random. Each series has a different chance. Please check the product page for the exact probability.

What is the recommended age for your products?

Most blind boxes are suitable for ages 15 and up and are not intended as toys for young children. For exact age guidance, please refer to the product packaging or product page.

Can I get gift wrap or a gift receipt?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping or gift receipts.

Why do some products sell out quickly and when will they be restocked?

Popular items sell out quickly due to high demand. We’re working hard to restock, but exact dates aren’t available.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, cancel it and place a new order with the correct information. Once shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Orders cannot be merged after checkout. Shipping fees are calculated per order.

Is there a purchase limit?

Some popular products have purchase limits (e.g., 2–3 per account) to ensure fairness. Limits are shown on the product page at launch.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the status of your order on our Track My Order page.

My package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Check with your neighbors and the carrier using your tracking number. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact customer service or email us with your order number.

When will my order ship if it includes pre-order items? Can you split the shipment?

By default, orders containing pre-order items will ship once the last pre-order item is available. We will notify you via email of any updates. Mixed orders will ship together unless split shipping is offered at checkout.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Should I pay for the tax fees?

 Different regions have different tax principles, the specific information is subject to the page display.

Why was my payment declined?

Most declines are due to a mismatch with the billing address or security code. Double-check your payment information and try again. If the issue continues, contact your bank.

How do I clean PVC/ABS figures?

Dust with a soft brush or microfiber cloth. For smudges, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid alcohol, acetone, or other solvents.

How should I protect figures from sunlight and heat?

Display away from direct sunlight and high heat to prevent fading or warping.

Any tips for magnets or batteries?

Keep magnets away from pacemakers and magnetic-sensitive devices. Batteries are not toys; follow local disposal rules.

How do I care for plush toys?

Spot-clean with mild soap and water. Air-dry thoroughly. Do not use washing machines or dryers.

Can I use stands or risers?

Yes, ensure stability and use non-reactive materials (acrylic, wood). Avoid adhesives on painted surfaces.

Is a strong “new toy” smell normal?

A mild factory scent may occur and usually fades within a few days. Ventilate in a cool, dry area.

How should I store unopened cases?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep flat. Avoid damp basements or hot attics.
